The original Kyalami was an extraordinary piece of road. The "new" one which was been around longer than the old just doesn't have the same lustre.

Shifting from the 4th gear down to the 2nd gear, Alain Prost was able to make a fabulous noise.

Nivelles ? Would have made a great karting track ... (and I can tell : I was there both in 72 and 74 ...)

Nivelles looks like a more interesting circuit then I read.

yeah.. what a glorious time. I remember my father when I was a little kid and he shouted in front of the tv "The lion has won again!". My father was a rather quiet person, but you didn't recognize him during Formula 1. I later became a Mansell fan too. But I also liked the frenchman Alain Prost, the professor.. funny, i was never a fan of senna as a young thing like a lot of other girls.🤭

I really like when the driver in second passes the one in front and it isn't shown. Totally unnecessary, and useless showing a F1 car passing another. Don't know why people are so obcessed with it. Meanwhile I love the black and white! Feels like 1954. I keep thinking Fangio will drive by in a Maseratti.
