Patricia Wentworth is one of my favorite authors. I found her because my mom had some of her books. My mom absolutely adores Agatha Christie and mysteries. Honestly mysteries aren't my favorite genre, I can usually take them or leave them, but I love the Patricia Wentworth mysteries. I actually went on a search and managed to find several in second hand book shops then convinced my mom to give me the ones she had. We are talking 30 years ago so not as easy to get a hold of as it is now. I may be missing a couple of books, but I have managed to find most of them.

A few months back I got the Silent Pool by Patricia Wentworth because of a review you did! I have yet to read it but I want to get to it before the end of the year ☺️

Does the Miss Silver series need to be read in order?
Not really, you will find people and other tittles are mentioned but none of the books rely on one another
Agreed, Miss Silver might be knitting something for the new baby of a main character in a previous book, or a character will say that she heard of Miss Silver from a previous character. Just passing mentions of previous characters, nothing that would ever spoil a book.
