I lost 4 stone in 2 months to control my emotions due to stuff that was going on in my life, every day you help me and inspire me to keep battling those negative thoughts, you make me smile through my bad days. Sometimes if I'm feeling really low and negative I watch loads of your vlogs, you and Zoe just make me feel so much more positive. Me and my family have never been on holiday because we could never afford it.
