Do you all find the icp to cause a long crank ? Usually to me that is only a leaking high pressure issue usually puck or o ring ? I notice when we have icp failure its a cut off when driving tow in error on icp signal. Although i am wondering if you say the icp causes this long crank as well , it usually will be replaced anytime the valve cover comes off anyway if thats our issue sometimes with these . Because sometimes i see the leak and at times i dont even when taking apart the pucks and checking. ….
My 08 International MAXXFORCE DT at work is the exact same way. Especially if the engine is hot. Which we all know it doesn’t take no time for these crappers to overheat. Wish the darn motor would blow already. Damn things are nothing but a headache with their constant issues!
The valve cover comes out throught the front! A much easier way is to remove the cab mount ( left and right) bolts jack up the cab 2 to 3 inches and take off the valve cover. Rather than take the pass seat out, park brake lever off, the automatic gear lever and finally the dog house.
@sheilaschepp5761 remove cab mount bolts , jack up at mount and put a 33mm socket there. Raises and works like a charm. Just did a head job without taking out seats

changed my o-rings out on the oil rail and the ICP. Still excessive cranking before it will start. Any idea what else would cause this problem?
