Um, okay you may find this rude, but sleeping on your tummy can kill you, (that's why babies aren't recommended to do it) because in our bodies, we use our lungs to breath, right? So when you lay on your tummy you are pressuring your heart, lungs, etc. because your spine is on top and being pulled by gravity when in fact your spine is the heaviest bone structure in the body so yeah like I said that's why babies aren't recommended to do this because their organs are still too tender and they can die in only a couple of months because they can hardly breath.

It’s better to sleep on your back. Like you said your spine is heaviest so it should be on the bottom, it helps your back, supports your breathing and a lot more. It is more prone for snoring though, but sleeping on your side is okay too.
This video was very educational. I just learned that ive pretty much been killing myslef by sleeping on my belly. So in conclusion Dagam saves us not only emotionally but physically too xD
