Cebu City to Dapitan NEWEST FERRY service | M/V Starlite Pioneer Maiden Voyage | FERRYVIEW [4K]

- Welcome to another episode of FERRYVIEW featuring the newest player in the Cebu City to Dapitan and v.v. route: Starlite Ferries using the Japan-made RORO-Passenger vessel - M/V Starlite Pioneer
The vessel has an overall length of 66.80 meters and a breadth of 15.30 meters. She is powered by two Yanmar Marine Diesel Engines and has a cruising speed of 12-14 knots.
This new route departs from Cebu Pier 5 at 9:00 PM in the evening and arrives in the Port of Dapitan (also known as Pulauan Port) at 5:00 AM in the morning. Another great feature of this new route is that it is a DIRECT trip to Dapitan and it will not pass through Dumaguete City and it's return trip runs on daytime where you can enjoy a breathtaking scenery of the sea. It will depart from the Pulauan Port at 9:00 AM in the morning and will arrive in the Cebu Pier 5 at 7:00 PM in the evening.
Join us on a thrilling journey from the stunning island of Cebu to the historic city of Dapitan on Starlite Ferries' newest route. We will take you to a new experience onboard the M/V Starlite Pioneer - a and we traverse the sparkling waters of the Philippine archipelago.

We almost rode this boat from Dapitan to Cebu, but they didn't have a Monday schedule departure. We boarded a Medallion, instead at Galas, Dipolog. It was a delayed departure because of low tide. Needless to say, never again will we ride that boat ever again. We'll try Starlite next time, we go to Mindanao. Hope their services is much better than other boats out there.

It will be interesting to know what the history of this captain of Starlite Ferries , He might have commanded the old giants of Philippine shipping before. Or you can interview captains of the ships you board for tour and ask about their career history in Philippine shipping. That would be a great content for PSSS.
