Southport Speed Sprint Revival 2024

The return of the Southport Sprint Revival to the historic sprint course on Marine Drive which had hosted events up until the early 1960s.
For 2024, the course was doubled in length compared to the previous year, to 1,650m with cars running in both directions along Marine Drive.
The event attracted a varied entry list, everything from Austin 7 to Toyota Yaris, but the star of the show, was a 1954 Bristol 450 Le Mans Two-seat Sports Car World Championship-Racing Aerodyne Coupé Recreation.

That Bristol is f'ugly as hell, and I say that as someone who loves coupes with a long bonnet and the cabin as far back as possible.

Yep, an interesting car, but, its just plain weird looking no matter what angle you view it from.
