Hi, geat explanation but i have an observation at 4:03 you said we should set RS=0 to store data in data register but i think it's the contrary we should set it to 1, thank you and keep going !

I have a problem. My lcd leds died so i opened to replace mini leds. But i ended up breaking a mini part clip which is part of the front black cover. The front black cover which inserts into the 6 holes and from the back, it bends onto the copper pads. One of the 6 clips that turn on to the pad has snapped off. How do i fix this?
