+Riseky you can bhop with awp, it'll be harder though to mantain speed, so what people do is they start jumping with the knife then switch to awp mid air and then they already got the pre +250 speed

RAM? It could be your CPU but I doubt it. If your playing at all high settings than thats the problem.
12 gb ram and now everything on high, only shadows on max and all other graphic settings are on lowest possible, all renderings are on max

Yeah, the CSGO max cap is 250, you can disable it.
max cap is 300 at deffault...i have 4670k that is oc a bit and msi 1080 thats also oc a bit ....after i disable that max cap of 300 i can go over 410-420 but this guy fucking breaks a game with his fps
