All these actors are free agents they are not exclusive too dhar mann studios some of them were only used a couple of times, whatever happened between production and the actors that that the actors wanted more money,&they picketed outside the studio which is fine what wasn't fine was the way boost against young actors reacted on their personal internet accounts bashing dhar mann studios, what did they think would happen after that there's no coming back from that now it's too late they could have handled their issues quietly with the production staff and accepted the meeting that they offered with production to discuss the issues with pay and other ,issues employees refuse because they wanted dhar too personally be there,&that's not how these issues are handled the actors got good exposure so that they could be able to get better roles that pay good money so they can be sustainable in their lifestyles, these videos mostly are 20minutes long it's just a fill in job on your free time, any actor that's offered a role has a total right to say no, and know exactly what they will be paid prior to filming, and I was told that the actors do get raises periodically, I think the actors main issues is that they think that they should be entitled to large paychecks because they were there from the beginning& they did help build these videos up but they got pd for what they did and agreed upon and if they were full-time actors for dhar Mann studios I would agree but they're not that's what the problem is
