A smart girl whose mother is gone, living with a relative who cares deeply about her and wants her to be happy and safe, but cannot see that he is also doing her wrong by denying the fact that she is special (because he doesn’t want her to live in an environment not proper for a child, with so much pressure put on her. And there is also the grandmother, who wants to take custody of the kid, and takes advantage of her intelligence.
