these two are easily my favourite figure skating duo. i’m canadian, and i do appreciate tessa & scott, but maia & alex are just so uniquely endearing. the sibling chemistry sets them apart, and they always look so joyful during their performances.
I agree. Tessa and Scott are my favorite, but the Shib Shibs are so much fun!
i really love the energy of all of the shibutani sibling's dances. they all just feel like two besties having fun and enjoying what they do, and it's such a fresh take on ice dancing. the fact that they're siblings allows them to have an innovative perspective on choreographing ice dances, and that's just so nice to see.

they always give their 100 to any performance, and each one is just a joy to watch! i mean who else keeps twizzles in a gala 😭❤️❤️
I love watching the joy on their faces every time they perform. It's not just about competing, they love what they do. This is my favorite out of their performances
I admit I don't know that much about Ice skating. But I love this! Alex and Maia always seem make their performances fun and lively! They always seem so happy to be skating together!
You can tell they liked this set, because they had smiles thoughout the whole show.
Ice dance hasn't been the same without these two. I really hope they'll be coming back for Beijing but they're also doing well as authors and their own projects rn as well
I love Tessa and Scott, but these two... they're truly are something else. their dynamic is completely unique, and really complement each other magically. I wish I could see them one more time, but it is not possible. still enjoy everyday their past competition videos.
Maia's just got this beautiful happy confident look all the way through. I love these siblings, they always seem like they're having fun together. Now, how do I convince my brother to skate with me?

Honestly, these 2 are the best I've seen so far. Love the sibling connection and when they dance you can just feel something. They're amazing.

i searched it up bc ive seen this move many times where the partner steps on their partners thigh with their skates and some people wear thick pads under their uniform if they were to perform that move

I remember them being criticized for doing certain risky moves in this performance as siblings. A lot of people made it seem like some kind of taboo. I just didn't understand what did they do wrong? Looking at this, I failed to see the riskey moves. Critics should stop watching adult stuff too much. That stuff blinded them.
