- There is a man in Chiang Rai, Thailand who has dedicated his life to becoming Vin Diesel.
Growing up, Arthid Duangsri struggled with his identity. What’s more, he couldn’t get girls. But one day, his friend pushed his long hair back and said “you know what, if you were bald you would look like Vin Diesel.” This changed everything. He shaved his head, underwent a dramatic gym regimen and became the Thai Vin Diesel.
After his photo went viral around the world, he is now a local celebrity much beloved by the community. Every day when he clocks off his job in IT, he gets fast and furious on the streets of his hometown.

This guy is more of a Thai "Dom Toretto", not actually Vin Diesel. Vin Diesel played the character yes in the Fast n Furious movies, but this guy took the (Dom Toretto) character and made it his lifestyle as his original self/image was not getting him anywhere in his life. Good on him I suppose, as he seems to be uplifting his community by being their "celebrity". Vin Diesel should know that when he saw posts of him on Social Media, it was to show him how he idolizes the "Dom Toretto" character that Vin Diesel brought to life in the movies.
