I am curious as to how many words are required for the comment to boost the algorithm in any meaningful capacity.
I've messed around with the build some and i've liked kraken, ie, navori. Damage is insane at 2 items and you get the utility of navori on 3rd item.
I play lucian botlane should I play same runes and Build like you?
I am going collector 1st into navori and IE in this new patch
I used to go Shiv RPC IE First Strike with nami supp and Kraken Navori with PTA with supp other than Nami

With the new items out, I don't get why I'm not seeing anyone play Cassiopeia. Someone should be at least playing her even if she's not "meta"
People do play her but she's harder than most mages which is why many don't play her.

There was no where to flash to. He wasn't close enough to the wall to flash over and if he flashed to dodge the E, he would still get chased down.
