You should take ignite on Akshan mid not just because of the kill pressure but ignite has legit utility on akshan because your e will auto target enemies if you ignite them while in slingshot. Other reason is that your champ is pretty good at getting to fights without tp because of traversing the map quickly when someone is a scoundrel and your E. Not trying to backseat this is legit just what alot of high elo akshans do.
