BTS “ON” MV - I know many have their theories and there’s no animal cruelty, the first time in awhile (seven years) they finally surprised me 👀 with so much symbolism using a live marching band along with church chorus and the moment I saw Jin battlefield w/ bird & empty cage, Jimin w/things of the past, blindfolded girl w/Tae broken wings & neck tattoo (represents infection), namjoon w/ animals & ship, thornbinded bleeding jungkook, Hobi open field of twisted trees w/passed out JK, Suga in underworld. Everything literally reminds everyone of lord of the rings and noah’s ark with maze runner combination of the lion king with the different time period outfits & scenes, apocalyptic fake love dance break, dove of hope, JK horn call of freedom while trying to understand his story then he does the young forever run up the rock smiling and i’m like 😱🤯 After watching the second time OMG OMG I think finally got the meaning toward the end Jin released the dove (represents JK), the horn call of freedom, walking through the wall, the firestorm and up the rock is them beginning of a new chapter with new songs, genres, and concepts. Regarding the wall I believe this is BTS’s way of showing that they’re ready to move onto the next chapter of hope & freedom showing how far theyve come and confidently walking up the pride rock b/c of how proud they are of their legacy. which is why they put their debut track “NO MORE DREAM” changing to “DREAM” (PAST MEETS PRESENT) *THERES SO MANY APOCALYPTIC REFERENCES* They finally put together their HYYH storyline which means they have completed that part of the story! As many know, even though no one wants to think about it but its moving closer to JIN’s enlistment 😭 probably Yoongi too or maybe all of them but nothing as been confirmed so far until then all seven will continue making music as a group plus JIN & the maknae line haven’t started their solo debuts on the side yet (we are still waiting for that) also it’s essential to show support for their younger brothers (juniors) TXT [Tomorrow by Together]. *Regarding the blindfold girl, there’s many theories....some say she could be innocence so that she doesn’t see the negative world then V uncovers her eyes to a better place and others say her along with the extra people represent the ARMY and its BTS way of showing the people who are blinded (not physically) to the positive impact the music has in the world and leading them to a better future but the true meaning behind the girl is she represents the little sister V lost (HYYH Storyline). Also, those were real thorns around JK’s wrists which is according to him one of the reasons he was running because he wanted to get them off and he did when he entered the pond which was a real place then picked up the horn to blow it (No worries I’m sure he was he was vaccinated before getting into the water so he wouldn’t get sick or catch a disease).* #BTSOn
BTS “ON” Manifesto - This is the new grown mature versions of their old selves *They teamed up with marching band / dancers called THE LAB and filmed in Los Angeles which the kinetic manifesto film is a preview video of their full choreography since they only do the dance break part in their official MV* when this came out I was like this the whole time 🙀👀 then ☠️ toward the end, I couldn’t explain it at all I had no words it literally gives me N.O with Not Today vibes that I found later through interviews that this title track is reverse of their 2013 title track “N.O” from their second album ‘O!RUL8,2?’, our guys definitely didn’t come to play, once I heard it I knew it was the title track. Like OMG the others are playing the drums behind Suga and our man Jin front & center. I did notice Jin wasn’t part of the dance break b/c he said it was very difficult for him which is perfectly fine & understandable, he has been doing so great along with RM and Suga with their dancing; i’m overly proud of their improvement 😵😻 I know nobody wants to think about it but since Jin, V & JungKook will start standing out more because V & JK will have to carry the responsible of BTS name when the time comes having to send off their hyungs one by one unless they all decide to enlist at the same time which I pray doesn’t happen; which hasn’t been confirmed yet and i’m not sure on how that would work since they haven’t started their solo debuts yet which is concerning me the closer it gets to enlistment which may not happen because of the virus outbreak. The more I listen and many fans have their theories but I think what theyre basically saying is no matter what negativity or challenges comes their way they’ll overcome it together when they say “Bring it, Bring the pain”, I wish every kpop artist had that mindset because there would’ve been less disbandments & members leaving their groups. I’m so proud of their improvement and I also believe the backup dancers representing the ARMY 💪🏽 which is saying that the fans & BTS have each other’s back, theyre willing to go out of their way to help each other and others to get through the hardship. Theyve mixed in allot of their old choreo with this new choreography, there’s so much symbolism going on within their dancing including the new fake tattoos on Taehyung’s face & neck which he wanted to use for this concept. Their outfits symbolize the Light & Dark, which they’re finally embracing both sides to balance themselves (revolutionary title song).
