- Another visit toTackaroo campsite in Cannock Chase where we experience both sunshine and torrential rain before heading north for a family weekend at Holgates holiday park at Silverdale. We have lots of fun walking on the beach, visits to pubs, BBQs and bowling.
Though unnecessary I have bought a new 12V 21.5 inch Avtex smart TV
This is episode 127 in a series of videos cataloguing our post retirement adventures. We are Kath and Sue and we are travelling the UK with our two dogs Archie and Fudge and living full time in our Burstner Elegance Motorhome. We have given up conventional living for a new van-life, enjoying the freedom of the road and plenty of time outdoors taking in the beautiful countryside the UK has to offer.

Loved the video thank you. It really helps us to know what life is going to be like for us when full timers and not work, work and more work and instead from a Show, to total tranquillity to having a wonderful time with family. We now have our drone and GoPro, going to start practicing on a free day next week and just need to think of a name. Although we will be practicing in private and both may well decide ''you have to be joking' lol. You make it look so very easy and natural. That is great. If you look at some of my very first videos you’ll see a big difference. Just go for it and post videos once you get on the road. I’ve learned so much by making mistakes and I don’t think people watching TH-cam are expecting BBC quality, although there are some very talented vloggers out there. You’ll miss woodland walks when you get up to the Outer Hebrides however the deserted huge beaches are incredible and we are just so spoilt for choice over what to photograph! It’s so incredibly beautiful and I’m sure drone footage would be amazing. Sasha is getting stronger every day and although isn’t allowed off lead (cos of still very much being in recovery from her disc extrusion), she’s adapted and loves playing with her lead in the sand just like a puppy! hope you make it up here soon!
