I will give him credit, at least he is willing to try the foods even though he doesn’t think he will like them. I love all food so it’s funny to watch him struggle with normal foods.
I cant judge too hard. In my 20's my palate was just as limited. I still hate pickles just as much as Tyler, but thanks to age changing taste buds and willingness to have food adventures, i have a broad (tho certainly not refined 😂) menu
I actually love spicy things.. I was addicted to plutonium mad dog 357 the 9 mil Scoville stuff.. put it on everything.. the red 1 chip challenge was good.. smoky and spicy.. the others are straight garbage and tastes terrible.. missed me with the blue dye too.. so gross.. yeah spicy.. but the taste was so bad I won't even eat their normal spicy chips now
6:30 in the morning, watching a dude eat jerky. What has my life become? Only Tyler could have me watching this entertainment option. Edit: I am also enjoying wondering how many vegans heads would explode watching this. So, I guess win-win!
Not a vegan, but I am vegetarian and I did enjoy this video (just like all of his other ones!). I may be vegetarian, but I'm not against other people eating meat.
Think the problem with those 'jerky' things is they are mixed in with a load of other stuff and processed. I've had Ostrich, Gator, Boar, and Roo burgers made with fresh meat and they were all really nice.
I had a kangaroo burger once and yeah I get what you were saying... it has a weird gamey taste. I wouldn't try it again. Fresh grilled Alligator meat on the other had is amazing!
Camel meet in a burger is awesome. Loads of flavour, isn't dry, and these were sold at an Indian servo here in Australia. They were missing pickles tho.
I appreciate the bravery! You did well using jerky as the medium. I think it’s the easiest way to get into different critters. But I’d like to see a little chunk of “steak” from each 😂I’ll allow buttermilk/milk to tenderize it to take some game out.
My friend's brother used to sell these as part of his home business, but he didn't really move much product, so he gave them all to us. Intrestingly enough, we all agree the regular aligator was our favorite.
Never mentioned it before, but I really like the new outro on the videos lately. Also, now I have to buy me some jerky next time I'm at the store so thanks for that. Lol 😂 seriously though, good video, thanks!
Many cultures say spice tolerance is an indication of masculinity. Interestingly enough, studies have been done and a similar link shown that indicates higher testosterone to an enjoyment of spice.
All of those products only contain a small percentage of the animal in the name and usually in fact contain mostly beef. Make sure you read the labels if you want to try these yourself.
My favorite meat of all time has got to be Roo (Kangaroo). Used to do Roo steaks and sausages weekly when I was living in Australia. I really wish it was more available in the US.
Hi Tyler, Those are good jerky sticks out there but it's not the same when you use different meat products to produce and it should be for different types of consumption such as trail walks or hiking is were you would have them... Also you should also try Biltong, it's similar to jerky but more softer in texture... Biltong is cut into thin strips and eaten as a side with beer. Similar to the pretzels or nut at the bar... Give biltong a try and see what you think... If you already tried it please send me the link I would love to here your views... I would love to send you some biltong to try some day you could do a comparison between the US made and SA made biltong... Cheers...
I agree, biltong is wonderful. There is no comparison between SA and US biltong. SA wins all the way, in my opinion. (I have tried maybe 10 from both the US and SA).
He’s not really in the south, and even if he was would it really surprise you if he’s never eaten alligator? Lol Dude didn’t know what a sweet potato was lol, I was very surprised he’s had elk and venison tbh
@@Clay3613 it’s heavily hunted nearly everywhere but it’s Tyler lol I don’t think Tyler wants his location out there so I won’t say but where he’s at; Alligator is about the farthest away from “common” you can get
To be fair with gator, ive had a few "gator jerkies" and its not all gator and doesnt do it justice. If you have actual gator tail, its like chicken with the tang of a catfish. For me, thats a better explanation than alot of people just saying "tastes like chicken."
These are all amazing Tyler just has meat and potato only no salt or pepper type pallet. I travel north to get these jerkies specifically that’s how amazing they are. I am jealous though I’ve never had the duck or camel but I’m gonna make sure I do soon. Can’t wait to pick up my next bunch of these jerkies. All flavors 9 out of 10

When you try this "exotic" food product, you should read the ingredients and see if it truly exotic or is 1% exotic with 99% of filling
right😂😂😂 especially with jerky. basically just ate the same jerky with different flavors 20 times
@@QuillyOGright
Good ol Tyler-logic at it again lol
These things are really low on the "exotic" meat, it's mostly just pork, beef or chicken.
When your jerky comes with a letter of authenticity:) lol
the simplicity of these videos puts me at ease after a long day or dealing with b.s. keep up the good work tyler!
This is exactly why I like watching his videos in the evening after work
He is very simple
With Tyler's palate, I'm glad he's willing to try new foods.
I will give him credit, at least he is willing to try the foods even though he doesn’t think he will like them. I love all food so it’s funny to watch him struggle with normal foods.

Very true! He hates pickles more than anything but ate them every day for like 2 weeks for a video lol. Love this dude!
No kidding. Gotta love him anyway. We all do.
"let's JUMP to kangaroo" I see what you did there Tyler, nice one 😂
Tyler needs to be on Hot Ones! 😂
He'd probably tap out after the first wing 😂

Tyler, since you love spicy things so much, you should do the one chip challenge
Don't tell him to do the Tube of Terror. We like him, we need to keep him safe.

*tyler making a tier list with out realizing it*
We need Tyler to do the one chip challenge
Bruh. He would never 😂
Oh yes
Apparently the camel can taste fishy; especially if they use the toe meat.
😂
As a biological woman I approve this message
Lol 😂 kinda gross
Love going to the pond and seeing those exotic ducks.
I thought that too! Lol! Ducks are so exotic, definitely the same bracket as a crocodile! 😅
"Alligator is very tough. As you would imagine."
No, it's tough because it's jerky.
Think the problem with those 'jerky' things is they are mixed in with a load of other stuff and processed. I've had Ostrich, Gator, Boar, and Roo burgers made with fresh meat and they were all really nice.
Tyler: I'm going to do this rating real simple
Also Tyler: makes a new category for each new one he likes
😂😂😂
Venison is easily my favorite wild game meat. Great vid Tyler!
Who knew Tyler was starting an exciting meat taste testing OF..?
He says "lets JUMP to kangaroo" 🤣
OMG how did I not know Tyler had a second channel. This is a lovely surprise and means more vids for me to watch.
And tomorrow, tyler gets his stomach pumped.
4:21 "Chuhpoltee"😂😂😂😂
Tyler is eating all the endangered animals.
This man said chipoltee 😂
THANK YOU!! How is no one else catching this????🤦🏿♂️😂
"it's just the spicy'" haha, sounds like you need to expand your spice palette
If the round thin ones are sticks, the flat wide ones are planks.
They’re suppose to be like steak strips
Love and addicted to Tyler and his content ❤ would love more of these vids !!
I think it'll be awesome to see an putting strange things in a juicer/taste test. For instance banana jalapeno.
I had a kangaroo burger once and yeah I get what you were saying... it has a weird gamey taste. I wouldn't try it again. Fresh grilled Alligator meat on the other had is amazing!
Probably the most expensive 2nd Channel video
Yeah jerky is pretty expensive nowadays
My dad gets me these all the time and I've loved them.
Ostrich was my first ever jerky and it is still my absolute favorite.
Tyler thank you for blessing us with a video this fine Wednesday
We just watched tyler consume 100gs of protein in 10 minutes
Fried alligator tail is bangin

I'm sorry but I can't get over him saying 'chipoltee"😂
Did I just watch Tyler eat meat for 10 minutes? Yes. Did I for some weird reason enjoy it? Also yes.
Honestly, kangaroo and crocodile pepperettes slap. 10/10.
All of those products only contain a small percentage of the animal in the name and usually in fact contain mostly beef. Make sure you read the labels if you want to try these yourself.
I tried kangaroo steaks once. Can't eat it any more though, made me jumpy 😐
IIRC someone was talking about gator is that it's usually seasoned on the spicy side to overpower the "muddy" taste of the meat
Thank you for your input. I've been enjoying your food vids
My favorite meat of all time has got to be Roo (Kangaroo). Used to do Roo steaks and sausages weekly when I was living in Australia. I really wish it was more available in the US.
Once you mentioned teriyaki venison, I totally suspected it to be the best and your favorite. And you proved me right. 😎👍🏻🦌🥩😋
I used to eat Pemmican Teriyaki beef jerky ALL the time! When it was available in stores.... Maybe I'll order some. Soooo good!

I just found your other channel too, thanks for the content! ❤
As an australian, Kangaroo is certainly a game-y taste. Texture of beef but a more unique flavour.
You should do the one chip challenge. That would get a ton of views.
Tyler, where is the link? wanna try as well!
You can get them at the jerky outlet

I want to send you jerky now. Wild boar is absolutely incredible and my local butcher makes some really good jerky! Also the cowboy candy..sheeesh
great selection, difficult to judge different meats with the use of all those spices and how items were made. Always like your videos

Try a 'Tijuana Mama' pickled hot sausage. You can find em at most gas stations.
They missed out by not calling it "Wild Boar-B-Q"
Duck and pheasant are my favorites.
