The uploader is to blame. I'm sure if you find these matches on other channels, they're in Japanese. Hell some channels have them mixed. A very popular ENG VA is Zangiefs.

These are the two characters that must be top tier for this game entire life span.
Chun-Li never made to the top tier spot since third strike (and tbh compared to other characters she wasn't that bad), in sf4 and sf5 Chun-Li mostly good or decent, but some players would say she was straight up mediocrer, and it's totally fair for her be top tier considering her difficulty, stance cancel finishing with spinning bird kick might look simple...but it's not.
Akuma deserve it because he's Akuma, the nature of the character is be 'The Master of the Fist', if Akuma is in a fighting game, and he's not top tier, then something is wrong with that game, the major reason he's mostly considered a high tier is his low health, and nerf his damage just a little bit in order give average health looks reasonable to me, I want them to be top tiers not broken characters....okay Guile mains!?

As a Chun Main and i promise you im not exaggerating. She is not good in season 2 she already had bad match ups before hand (zangief, guile, lily etc.) and her mix ups can be knowledge checked. Now her damage is subpar and she fails in comparison to all the shotos that got buffed and now cammy is just an overall better character than chun. Im not trying to complain im legit heart broken for what they did to her lmaooo

@@lomelody1297 I admit I'm not playing ranked games that often, just played like two days, I spent more time in the world tour and practicing my gameplay (like stagging, stance cancel, combos etc...). I'm from South America and in these two days I fought a lot of shoto users and I don't struggle against them(especially ken, maybe I'm just too used to it), I pretend to go full ranked matches on the weekend, I know I need to play more to make conclusions but come on...I play with chun since I picked the game, I still want to believe she's good after season 1(coping really hard)

It ignores and punishes any projectiles with huge hitbox while you're complete safe from punish after hitting with it is... broken I would say

@@vegalucas7782its supposed to be a anti projectile move. It was nerfed tho so it takes longer to avoid projectiles. M bison has a similar move pretty sure. Don’t make it broken tho

It’s risky in most cases, so I wouldn’t necessarily call it broken. It’s just more viable in the corner with the pushback on block.
