3D Printed Venturi Burners, Good Idea or Darwin Award Qualification?

Plastic and fire doesn't really come together... or does it? Is 3D printing a burner safe? Well, let's find out, but spoiler alert: it's not.

The burner is ingeniously constructed in three pieces, offering adjustable flames at your fingertips.
Designed with in Fusion 360, the burner undergoes a filament fiesta. I test Aurapol PLA and Bambulab PETG, ABS, polycarbonate, and the heavyweight PET-CF.
After meticulous printing and support removal, it's time for the moment of truth. Does it run smoothly? Indeed, it does... until it doesn't.
As we bid adieu, remember: while the burner burns, it's all good. But once it's out, beware the chimney effect.
