Sugar and sodium metabisulphites too. No clear plastic bags for end product either lol! Photo on packet is for Manila Mangoes golden and smaller and sweeter but these mangoes are green and huge in comparison. Bit of fiddling going on here. Cebu product but where is this filmed eh? Won't stop this Irish chick from eating them though! 27yrs later yummy!! Thank you Island Pacific stores in east bay north California. My go to supplier!

The sugar doesnt do much. Most of the sweetness comes from the ripe mangoes its self. Sugar isnt necessary.
