Nice house for the price and overall. I love cabinets. The yard doesn't get any better in that price range and privacy. Basement is finished and you can put your stamp on it.
I like this house for my niece who lives in Conyers. I was going to send this to her until you got to the master bathroom with no tub. She really loves a tub and will use mine when she visits me in Columbus. This house will be perfect for someone.
I love the house until I saw the master bedroom I know normally when an older home has been flipped that means a small master closet and another negative is the location of the sink other than that itâs a dream home .
Great vid as always FMJ, this is one of the better flips you've shown. My only 4 immediate gripes would be the puke looking color on the cabinets, (I like the design of them) but the color is a miss and I've seen it in other house vids I've watch. Hope that's not a new trend color for 2024. The other gripe is like you said the shower, but mainly the two different knobs for hot and cold. But the I think the to biggest misses that would really make people want to look at this home even more is the lack of new paint on the exterior and landscaping!!! And those two don't cost that much to do (if you're a smart DIYer). But it's one of the better flips I've seen for the range.
