I came across my first Qwik Grip panel last week on a remodel job. I had no idea this was even available. Fortunately, most of my branch circuits were NM cables and this was a breeze to install. I would have been in trouble though had they been armored 'BX' cables.
14 year electrician here. Used this quick grip for the first time today. WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT DESIGN! Slipped off while pressing the wires into the quick grip and stabbed both of my thumbs and was bleeding all over. These tabs do not seem sharp but I can tell you they are. I hope to never use this POS design again! Ill continue to use my RC50/75's, thank you.
