Tracy this is one of the most beautiful snowflake squares I've seen. I've always wanted to make a snowflake winter blanket with blues, whites & maybe a silver. It reminds me of where I grew up in Colorado, I absolutely love the snow. ❄️❄️❄️ Thank you for sharing & teaching this. 💜🤗
Thank you, Tracy, for telling us that it will work out, even though it starts out a little wobbly: I used to frog my brains out on projects, until I just forced myself to continue, and gradually realized that the next row will pull the previous stitches into place. Beautiful snowflake ❄ and great tutorial. 👍👏 And thanks for posting this part right away, cuz I'm just going to make a bunch then connect them to hang in my little kitchen window, or hand them with sparkly white yarn, like my Gramma used to hand ornaments with garland. 🙂
I did the same thing when I was trying to make a hat for the first time….I always got to the point where it was looking like a place mat and I would frog & start over I didn’t know why it didn’t work for me…too impatient, we eventually learn to trust the content creator. 😁
Tracy KUDOS to you for showing everyone that they don’t need to follow the magic ring videos that look like you are going to play “cat’s cradle” well wrap it around these fingers, cross over this way, insert your hook and pull back & pull up a loop….Complicated. I have been doing it like you now for about a year so much nicer than the chain start…I only use MC/MR now. 💕💕
@@crochetrocks I am making this square to send to another YT creator & I need to make it 7” x7” I am wondering if I should just do a few rows in the white with the DC I just don’t want to compromise the look….I also made the middle with white yarn that has silver sparkle in it.
I'm defiantly making a table runner with Christmas yarn with this pattern. Thanks so much for another great tutorial. I am using the modern granny square you did a tutorial on in neon Big Twist yarn and white and vintage variegated Red Heart yarn in 11 inch squares right now. It's going to be great.
I love your snowflake pattern! I just did a sample block to see how it came out and it’s beautiful! I’m fairly new to crocheting and have taught myself using TH-cam videos so thank you, your video is great! I do hope you have a part 2 to show us how to connect the blocks as I’m hoping maybe I could do a small afghan for Christmas using this snowflake pattern🤞
My brain exploded. Ow. I don't think this is a square I will be able to memorize and crochet, without watching the video, but it is SO pretty! Thank you for sharing!
This is a beautiful square. Thanks for the great tutorial.
Having a snowflake keep you warm is hysterical. This is just beautiful. Thanks you the blue and white is just gorgeous!

I love this square!! I might make the squares over the next year then join them if I can find a white glittery yarn.
I have a boooootiful white glittery yarn in the king cole glitz

Hi, I love this video. Its very easy to follow. Did you make the follow up video for joining?
I am not sure but I’m going to do a blanket with mine so I can do it

I have a few joins already on my channel. I’ve done crochet them together, usual wip stitch and an invisible join and many others. Thank you 😊
This is really lovely _ in any color scheme.
BEAUTIFUL!!! Exactly what I've been looking for!!!
How can I expand to 12" squares?
Just more rounds but perhaps with colour changes?
I love them! I just might have to give it a try!
Thank you for sharing I’m going to rewatch and make this

Pretty 💕 and I share you out on my community tab 😊
Very pretty but snowflakes only have six sides.
