    Isa po akong ofw at BdO lng ang bank ko jan s pinas para makapag ipon at ginagamit dn s remittance. Nabiktima din ako ng mga scammers, inubos ung inipon kong pera from BdO at tinransfer s Unionbank, nireklamo ko s BDO at ako pa ang pinalabas na may kasalanan kahit sinabi ko na kahinahinala ang mga transactions nila. At kahit ilang beses ako mag email n matulungan d na ako pinansin ng customer service ng BDO at sinabinh closed case na rw ang kaso ko.. sana lahat ng mga gumawa nyan ay makuling at sana makasuhan dn ang bdo kc wala silang pakialam s mga customers nila

    Tas ang yayabang pa ng mga manager ng BDO porket 20 bills lang dala ng pamilya ko mang iinsulto na, mahina pala depensa nila sa cyber attack wag sila mag yabang kung ganan ee.

    BDO - A worst bank in terms of security flaws, bad customer service, missing money from lots of accounts, and lots of unnecessary/foul banking deductions/fines. No wonder why SM's Sy Family are booming rich, because of banking frauds.

      Not all tellers are like that. Sa branch namin dito, super kind and lagi silang nakasmile saken. Kilala na nga nila ako and nakikipagkwentuhan pa saken. Siguro dyan sa branch nyo, oo hehe. Just don't generalize nalang po. 🌷

      same sa barnch namin dito iloilo, suplada sila, pero kung tutuusin kakarampot lang naman ang sahod (dati din akong employed sa bdo sa makati), hindi sila approachable, na ang isang qualification is with pleasing personality, at kung kaunti lang deposits mo parang pilit pa silang pagsilbihan ka, dapat neutral at always smile kahit sino pa sila, mas gusto ko pa service ng security bank

      Their Teller has attitude problem and doesn't know how to do a customer service. They will judge and treat you for how do you look. They look their selves professionals but they really uneducated how to treat a depositor. Cheers everyone.

    Bakit hindi isasapubliko ang parusa? Deserve malaman ng taumbayan ang parusang maipapataw sa kanika dahil paano kung palabas lang to at magkakasabwat pala sila para lang laruin ang isipan ng mga account holders?

    naalala ko nawala almost 80k ko from BDO na pang dodown ko sna pra sa motor, sobrang sakit ng loob ko dahil normal na mama-mayan lng ako kaya matagal kong inipon yon kya nkakapang lumo tas malaman laman ko nilaklak lng at nung nag riklamo ako sabi iimbistigahan(kuno) hangang sa wla na at dina naibalik at inasikaso. Pero sa ibang bansa mangyari yan panigurado may hustiya. Kawawa maging pilipino lalo na pag mahirap kalang

    This is justice for the victims! Also, this is a good way of protecting the reputation of all Philippine banks internationally! People in the country don't wanna be called "thieves". The big-time hack was probably an inside job or it could be part of a devilish plan. It's hard nowadays to have seen someone with clean hands.       Eto lang yng mga bangko d sila pwede maperwisyo pero ung mga cleint nila pwede, bakit kapag ang client nila may pag kukulang may penalth or interest agad pero pag sila ang may pag kukulang sa kanila depositor anong compensation ang natatanggap ng mga client nila, the thing here is this dapat ata na depositor should conduct a mass withdrawal sa mga bangko nila then lets see how they react, abusado below minimum deposit may penalty na napaka taas pero ang interest eh ga mumo lang

    Yung BDO mobile bank nga Google keyboard ang lumalabas sa pagpasok ng password instead of safe keyboard which is a huge flaw

    dapat lang cguro kasuhan na yan namumuro na kasi palagi nalang dapatung mabigay para madala yang mga yan. kasi pag hindi maparusahan yan eh wlang silbi yang bsp at mag mumukhang palamuti nlang yan sila.

    Bdo laging offline! Takbo lipat kmi ng Bpi. Ayun may charge tuloy imbes wala eh emergency na eh no choice.

    Yung remittance, ko.biglang may nag withdraw, ayaw mag bigay ng cctv footage.. need pa ng bayad tas di pa daw sure kung ma approve ang cctv footage request kahit nagbayad.. 35k din yun. Hindi na namen nabawi

    Tama lang yan sa kanila...mag ingat po kayo sa kanila lalo pag nag update ng passbook niyo kasi kaya nilang bawasan pera niyo.. Naranasan ko na po Buti nlng nag balance inquiry aq bago ko pina update passbook ko, nung nakita ko bawas po ng 5k.. Kaya ingat po tayo

    d na maganda magsave ng pera sa banko kagaya ng bdo..kc nababawasan ang savings kapag walang transaction..ang liit na ng interest nababawasan pa...d kagaya dati ..kahit walang transaction..deposit o withdrawal .walang bawas..nadadagdagan pa..

    Tama lang yan, my sister was hacked by Union bank account holder. Isa din ako sa nawalan ng pera last Dec from my BDO account binalik nila money ko end ng Jan pero d pa full.

    Year 2016. Nawalan din ako ng almost 70k sa BDO. Pa unti unti yong withdraw sa bank accnt. Ko na di ko nman na withdraw dahil that time may negosyo ako. BDO!! sana mag karoon ng hustisya an mali nyo ginagawa.

    Ilang beses ko ng tinawagan ang BDO to cancel my credit cards and they are still charging me to this day kahit nagovercharge na sila sakin!! 😡😡😡

    Pwedi rin po pa include ang OFBank account? My friend here in Libya lost her almost 16k sa OFbank account nya.Nag notify ang email account nya na successfully transferred ang 16k nya thru GCash na hindi naman sya ang may gawa. No action from Landbank. Subsidiary ang OFbank ng Landbank. I hope there will be an investigation as well about it. Thank you.

    That's why I chose BPI over BDO ang susungit akala mo naman wala kang pang deposit, nag inquire ako about sa managers check jan na gagamitin ko for exam abroad,ang daming hinihingi, s BPI inassist agad ako kaya don na ko nag stay, mababait pa sila kahit pagod
