Throughout the nearly 30 years of Power Rangers being on-air, different teams of Rangers have received special enhancements to their powers, called enhancement modes, power up modes, or super modes. These allow them to be able to defeat those villains that have also gotten stronger. Today, we discuss the best of these modes.

Both Dino Thunder and especially SPD’S SWAT modes were my favorites as a kid.

To me, Jungle Master Mode still holds the best visual of all. It's simple but glamorous and powerful. And i had a crush on claws.

I would argue that RJ is already in Jungle Master mode, with the abundance of black on the suit being in place of the white that the other jungle master suits have. The black symbolizing how RJ is essentially the “black sheep” of the jungle masters, not only in deviating from his father’s Shark technique, but also in that he’s just a guy that has a pizza shop opposed to a wise old man with a temple.
jungle fury is my fav.....the design look simple yet stylish...simple yey slick...simple yet cool!!!

I think RJ's suit was already meant to match with the Jungle Master mode suits. Just look at the white accents on the helmet
I know they look ridiculous, but I always love seeing the Red Ranger unlocking his Battlizer.
Power modes and battilizers are two completely different things
Super Dino Mode, Jungle Master Mode, SWAT Mode, and Legendary Mode (from Super Megaforce, because they could morph into any ranger from the past) are my top 5.
All power-up modes from Super Sentai. Super Dino Mode is Abaranger's Abare Mode. Jungle Master Mode is Gekiranger's Super Geki Mode. SWAt Mode is still just SWAT Mode from Dekaranger. Legendary Mode is Gokaiger doing a Gokai Change.
My favorite power up mode is btw jungle master mode, swat mode and legend mode
Metallic amor is the lamest power up. Just sparkly. Dragon green ranger shield is the best power up it’s simple. But I love super dino mode.
True I really wish they used the Dairanger Suits.It would have been sick.

Super Samurai mode:
They were suppose to but never did air or write the team up with Megaforce. In the Megaforce/Samurai team up, all the Samurai rangers receive a gift of Super Samurai mode from the Megaforce rangers. No more one ranger at a time stuff. All of them can be a Super Samurai now.

marlon clark no this was exclusive to the sentai vs movie. A crossover for megaforce and samurai was never planned as fair as I know

Perosnally the shogun mode from Samurai would have been my favorite from that but yeah we don't often see it in other rangers besides the red one.
Its amazingly designed but just like the shogun armour itself, it looks extremely clunky

I honestly want the comics to give the power ranger teams and red rangers that didn't get power ups and battlizers well power ups and battlizers
Like in the comics they showed Billy making a blue ranger exo suit and kinda teased everyone getting one cause Zach asked for one but they never did anything with it
Which sucks the MMPR having exo suits would've been badass power up modes

The best one is Dino charge’s red ranger power up that gave him the ability to get the powers of zords

Este, you forgot to mention that the armour had a scale from the fireheart dragon, which was from mystic force .
One way you could improve the dino charge power up is by combining dino drive(normal) and dino steel. As for the additional 5 rangers, ivan could use the armor x mode with dino drive
My personal opinion is jungle master mode is the most unique. Not the most powerful, but damn is it awesome.

Super Dino mode and Super Saiyan:
More spikes = more power

I think Super Samurai mode perfectly accents the rangers base suits with their base color with the black assets and the white and gold it looks good overall.
I think the purple ranger already has jungle master mode because he already a master. Look at the White on their helmet and the white on the others when the enter jungle master mode. By using simple powerscaling we can say JMM red=Purple. Rhino idk what say. They just didn't give him a power up.

All power-up modes are from Super Sentai. Here are a couple of examples. Super Dino Mode is Abaranger's Abare Mode. Jungle Master Mode is Gekiranger's Super Geki Mode. SWAT Mode from SPD is the exact same SWAT Mode from Dekaranger. Legendary Mode is Gokaiger doing a Gokai Change, like Legendary Mode going to Jungle Fury is the equivalent of Gokai Change which is switching to the Gekiranger moveset and suits.

Dragon Shield is NOT a power-up mode. The Dragon Shield being transferred is no different than when the Super Mega Sabers of Blasters get shuffled around. If it showed up automatically when he morphed, than it isn't a power-up because it doesn't power him up from a previous form.
Personally I like Andro's Space Ranger Battle Mode, because of a little Girl we are given a buff version of the Space Red Ranger and the best transformation into it He nearly dies!

On the list where you said Power Rangers Beast morphers the Blue Ranger does overheat that the reoccurring problem is long as he doesn't use it too much he's fine and with the yellow ranger she loses energy if she doesn't eat carrots and she jumps not Clyde's and the Red Ranger freezes up every time he sees a dog
