今回は鶴ヶ島駅より徒歩１８分「二代目蝦夷」をご紹介。
野球選手や芸能人など様々な著名人も数多く来店する埼玉の名店。
その人気のワケにはやりすぎなくらいの“デカ盛り”なメニューたちにある。
「人の笑顔を見るのが大好き」な店主岡安さんは、食で人を笑顔にすべく「デカ盛り」を始めたという。
デカ盛りメニューをお届けすると「お客様の笑顔の花が咲く」と話す。
お客様の慣れに常に超えていくべく、デカ盛りを極め続けた結果、
今では日本屈指のデカ盛り店と呼ばれるようになった。
まさに料理人でありながらエンターテイナーである。
