On the rights side, the family should be sued. He needs a good lawyer. How did the hospital proceed on without a next of KIN???? HOW? This is obscene.. Such operation are never done without certain precaution since it's a matter of life and death. 20 years is still a young adult age. Let me say HE WAS CONNED. Obinna an injustice has been committed & still unresolved so for such cases you need to advice the person to seek legal redress or counselling or as applicable on a case by case basis. Have pro bono lawyers/therapists/pyschiatrists etc you can refer them to rather than getting the story for your show & leaving the persons issue unsolved. I think you have an obligation to offer them something in return - as he said he's still dealing with the aftermath at least point him towards help or ask your followers if anyone can offer him legal aid or counselling to get in touch
