When you break something early on (practice, qualifying) and manage to get it fixed up in time to make the feature, that's always feels like a victory on it's own. 12th place to boot after starting from the back of the pack was a great end to the evening.
You should be proud of your Airborne adventure, not only on your great finish after thrashing on your car but starting from the back with some heavy hitters out there.! Your no quit positive attitude is sign of true racer who races for fun of it! Also while there might lots of competition on the track, good racers always help out their fellow racers!
Darryl , all though I been out of the game as a crewman/owner. I been in this thing since I was a boy building these modifieds from the ground up. I think you are becoming one of the best. You keep doing exactly what your doing and you will be right up front before you know it. I been watching you for 2 season now. Keep up the awesome videos. I can’t wait to see you in victory lane.
Glad you enjoyed your trip to Airborne. Track looked nice and your car looked smooth. As you have shown us all, Dirt Modified racing ain't easy! But you take it all in stride and keep trying and so for that I applaud your efforts.
Hot laps looked great. Man if u jolt bolt wouldn't have let go dam. More you get information and set up plans for these tracks with only benefit your team. Tire management and choice of what tire to use and management during race so when it's time to go have some left. More friends and drivers you meet and gain friendships with they will also help with shocks choice what works and doesn't. And possibly getting own shock maker what I call lol. Car looking faster when you get more and more time and adjust to tracks weekly your going to be extremely excited on how much fun being able to stay with or show what talent you have
U seem to hve luck like mine, if it wasnt for bad luck wed have No luck at all. And the other guys and teams that let u borrow parts so u can finish the night r Fuckin Amazing ! I blew my engine in warm ups and a friend/fellow racer loaned me a engine so i was able to run my heat & feature. 🤘🤘
Maybe it's the camera angle or track, but it's interesting to see how the car stays rolled over on the right rear all the way down the straightaway. I always thought they settled back on the left side on exit. Keep thrashing. One race soon it'll all come together. #LetsGo
I live in Plattsburgh NY it's a great track
Keep on plugging away young man. Will be wishing you well all season!

Great determination!! Know a little bit about driveshaft woes. Lost ours just as we crossed the finish line in our heat race
Keep it on the track bud and give it hell

Wow, didn't look like much tread was left on your right-rear tire after that feature. I bet the car was pretty loose at the end.
Was glad to see you make the trip out. Took your pic at the pit gate, the wife was wondering if you came down. Car looked consistent!
GLAD TO SEE YOU BACK--WAITED ALL WINTER-[AS I'M SURE MANY HAVE] WAITING TO SEE YOU'RE VIDEOS AGAIN !

I am trying to find new angles to film! Its taking a little bit to get in the rythym
@@darrylmitchellracing It's a good one. I like the new looks.
Airborne... I hope to not go that way.... Where's this lets go deal come from?
Was that Mike Mchanney (35m) that passed you in the feature?
I saw that too. Yeah, it was Mike.
Good to see the season kicking off!! Gonna miss it. We went from racing the mod lite to another bad hobby....motorcycles.
😎
