For scales more than one octave, I'd go contrary motion first. Figure out where your turns are in each hand. Then go parallel motion, hands together. Focus on small chunks. Hey Josh, how many hours should you practice this daily routine if you're a beginner?
If you've got time I say aim for 45 mins - hour per day. If you're tight on time you can just do less repetitions!
