water street. Keep it open enough that people passing by can see that house, still, create privacy with lower hedges. Lay on a lawn with a coble stone driveway and paths. In the back all open with a view to the lake and a very good deck sitting so close to the water. In Europe practical all house s sit at max 20ft from each other ,big or small it doesn't matter. Then it comes to it to play with that little space.

Ain't bad 400;000 USD. The thing for me is the back. The windows should be redone in the aile to the left and there should be an other roof on too. From the back you see what all is put up later on. The colour of the decking outside could be better. I'll set this one on hold.The plot size is perfect. Now I like more that little white housee at the waterfront in water street at 375 000 USD. It has less opportunity as a family home but the location is very good at the water.. With a 30000 Usd you could lay on some green hedges and put on some nice fences yourself. I think it has more aestetic and original value. That could affect the resale value. It is also the original house without much ado. Those houses from that era weren't all too big you know. Anyways nice region.
