how does this work with girls? I mean attaching to the girl's underwear as there is no fold to pin it to?
@@tastysnack1 their underwear has enough slack you simply attach it at the crotch.

Pull ups are very absorbent, and we find the alarm is much less effective in that setting! We recommend using underpants under the pull ups, if you want the additional protection while you're using the alarm.

I just bought the alarm a few days ago and tried it, I don't know if I do something wrong but the alarm doesn't turn on after the first drops, I sleep near my daughter to make sure she wakes up but I noticed that when it turns on it's already too late she almost finished peeing and her underwear and pants are all wet. I taught it's supposed to turn on after the first drops no ? Thanks !!!
Where are you placing the sensor? It should be clipped on the outside in the area where pee will first hit the underwear. (If you are using it on a pull-up, it will not work - pull-ups absorb too fast. Doesn't sound like you are, though.) Have you tested it by 1) making sure you have fresh batteries; 2) plugging in the sensor cord; 3) touching the sensor tip surface with water. You should also be able make the alarm sound and/or vibrate by pressing and holding the white button on the side of the alarm unit. If neither of these steps causes the alarm to go off, we need to see about sending you a new unit! Wet-Stop comes with a 6-month warranty against defects. Why does the alarm sound/vibration doesn’t work unless I manually press the button ?

How the crap do you turn it on?
As long as the batteries are installed, the alarm is active. It only reacts when the sensor is plugged in and the sensor tip becomes wet. You can test it with water. With the batteries in place, you should first see the white button on the side flash a couple of times. After that, you can press and hold the white button and test the alarm sounds and vibration feeling. The last test is to plug in the sensor cord, open the sensor tip, and touch the sensor panel underneath the alligator grip with a wet fingertip.

Muze bed wetting ki bahut problem thi is problem ki vajah se mai apne khud ke rishte daroke ghar bhi nahi ja pata tha bahut hi sharmindgi mahsus hoti thi lekin mera ye problem na to kisi doctor ne aur nahi kisi mahangi dawa ne thik kiya mera ye problem sirf Utracon syrup aur Branocon syrup se hi thik ho gaya.

My child sleeps so deeply that even with the AV mode, he doesn't wake up. I don't know what to do...
This is a tough one. The audible alarm is set to the maximum volume allowed by OSHA standards, so we can't increase that. The closer you can attach it to the ear the better. Have you tried setting it off manually by holding down the button on the side, and then helping your child wake up to the sound? You might have to try some wake-up training. Please let us know how that works - and did you download and read The Complete Bedwetting Guide? Studies have shown bed alarms to be safe and effective in correcting bedwetting in 50-85% of children. Bedwetting alarms are the most successful of all conventional and commonly used bedwetting treatments. The success rates are, however, dependent on several factors. The most important factors for success are the amount of parental and child involvement and motivation. Bedwetting alarms are not always quick fixes. They usually require parent and child working together for several weeks. Often times the child does not easily awaken, and the parents and other family members are awakened by the alarm. If the alarm is only tried a few times then it is not likely to work.
The child should be willing to use the alarm, and be prepared to try it for several weeks or months in order to get optimal results. Parents will often need to get up quickly to have the child go to the bathroom. Some experts even recommend the parent set up a temporary bed in the child’s bedroom so they can wake up and more readily help their child when the alarm sounds. The child must be taken to the restroom when the alarm sounds regardless of how much wetting has already occurred. Parents should share the responsibility of getting their child to the restroom and changing the clothes and bedding. In other words, if only one parent is doing all of the middle-of-the-night work, then resentment and frustrations (between the parents) will begin to interfere with success. Ideally, pull-ups and diapers should not be worn so the child can feel the wetness, and develop a sense of when to wake up at night.
