Ninjago is such a wild phenomenon in the Lego sphere that will never be replicated. Narrative, lore, character dynamics, weapons and different gimmicks made the theme incredibly special.
It also helps that the show slowly evolved, despite a few flaws and occasional underwhelming moments. It's all about style, good parallels with the show and consistency
I remember seeing the first 'mini-movies' for Ninjago at a Legofest(I think that was its name) in 2010 or 2011, when I was 6. I had no idea I would still be watching it as an adult.
This year ninjago surpassed bionicle in terms of run time.Bionicle has 12 years under its belt and ninjago has 13
Bionicle actually only had 9. It started in 2001, ended in 2010. You might be including G2 in that runtime but I don't think that should count.

I have a profound love for bionicle and I’m very happy that NINJAGO was able to fill the void of great storytelling and also provide very unique and ever changing styles of building and themes. It is a beautiful Lego theme

Unfortunately what you said about all the voice actors being the same is actually partly incorrect, unfortunately in 2022 or 2023 the voice actor of Cole passed away, fly high🕊️🕊️

I've always love Ninjago simply because of the story and lore, and the characters will always amaze me, while the show isn't perfect but a show doesn't have to be perfected it can always impress me by the prose and cons, the show has multiple different generations which helps the theme keeps on, their is a possibility the series or the theme may end, but as of now it is here to stay.
Ninjago is the best and like it’s been my favourite thing ( like I’m always building new sets, playing with them, etc) for like 2 years now. I just wish I got more of the sets when I was younger (I watched some seasons and got a couple possession sets but that’s it) as I’m buying the older ones now and just love the spinners and older season 1, 4 and the new dr set
I wish this showed a whole list of sets that came out for one season like scrolling down a list of sets that came out for each season chronologically. I’m pretty sure there was more themes that Ninjago outlasted
Every crystallized set is my favorite
I still have some of my original 2011 sets, like the one that came with Samukai

The lego ninjago movie would have been soo good and a smash hit if it they just went along with the ninjago show timeline
Its a shame Dragons Rising is definitely geared towards a New and younger audience. The og 4 Ninjas characters are pretty diminished and it seems the show is focusing more on New characters and Arin, Sora + Lloyd. they are still releasing some good sets like the source dragon tho

It's geared towards old and new fans. I would even argue that Dragons Rising has themes that are just as mature as the ones seen in The Oni Trilogy.
...ninjago always has been? People just grew up and began to see that as they aren't kids anymore. But yeah, they did started to target towards even younger audience through s11-s15, but Dragons Rising aiming at both worlds instead
@@HarrenTonderen I mean the oni trilogy was definitely the darkest era of the show (besides maybe possession) and Im sorry but Dragons Rising just feels like a Dreamz ninjago spin off. I mean a magic spell ball that floats? The new characters are mostly ridiculous and its just overall not an engaging story. They could've made the dragons rising seasons 10 episodes a piece and told the same story without all the useless filler
