What a very cool centerpiece for your backyard! That backdrop of plants looks like you could be in Hawaii having a luau! Just beautiful Greg! The steak and shrimp seriously had me salivating!
I don't often get real excited about new yard-hogging cooking devices, but that thing is AWESOME. I love the multi zone cooking functionality, the multi medium flexibility (grill + flat top + warming area), and the shelf is brilliant. What a well designed product! Thanks for featuring this baby! 👉💨
The friend of yours that owns that company is a jewel of a guy for gifting that to you and for sponsoring you. I hope he sells many of these beauties to your subscribers.
Wow, Greg. What a stellar video. The grill is awesome and the food looks insane, but the background and the lighting is astonishing. Great job with everything in this video.
I've been following you since August 2015 and it's so cool to see how far you've come. you're a great cook and the production value is just great. just look at this scenery!
That's a functional work of art, for sure. It's always good to know people with skills/resources. The biggest advantage to the shelf, that I can see (I don't have small, rambunctious children around) is the ability to have ingredients handy, and plate the food right there. I hate having to haul the food off to a separate table, or inside, to plate it. Great cook, Greg; I bet we'll be seeing a lot more on that grill for years to come.
Love this video, as it so closely relates to my backyard BBQ using a vintage Big Boy charcoal grill with the half hood, and rotisserie. I also have a drip pan that doubles as a flat top. All vintage. Love to see more using your new BBQ table.
Dude, that was an intensely fun cook! If we were neighbors... well, I'm sure you know lol. Perfectly cooked steak and that cooker is a party machine! Cheers, brother!
This is one of the most beautiful videos I’ve ever seen. Full stop. The steak and shrimp looked amazing, but the lighting and framing were just absolutely top notch!! Fantastic job!
Thank you! I have been working really hard at trying to learn night shooting, and I'm really enjoying the results so far. Not perfect, but not bad either.
One of our favorite meals! We had that last night! Even before the restaurants closed, we had stopped going to them very often and replaced it with cooking on our grill or smoker. For half the price of going to the restaurant we can make some awesome meals at home. Grilled prime angus ribeye and blackened shrimp with some grilled green beans is one of our favorites. For dessert? Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on pineapple spears and thrown them on the grill too!
Best wishes all the way from Australia. and a very big Happy Birthday to Greg's Wife, Happy Birthday to Greg's Wife, Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday to Greg's Wife. :)
Great video Greg! Just checked out that Fireside Grill at Sunterra. Was about to remodel the back patio just before Covid but postponed it. Looks like a slight addition might be necessary!
Great video. I love the look of your videos recently especially at night with the sunset. I visited San Diego a couple years ago, i want to live there one day.
I have one of these that fits my 22 inch Weber. I would like to have seen how you set that fire up. I gather that it was just an indirect set up as I think you suggested.
I knew I saw that in the background of your last abt’s video! That thing is awesome! One of these days I’ll see what San Diego is all about. My uncle lives in LA and is a retired navy chief. He was stationed in San Diego for years! Raves about the beauty. Excellent video brother.
*puts in lime juice and orange juice* “let’s put some rice wine vinegar in, get a little acid in there” xD for real though, this all looks so freaking delicious as usual!
An excellent looking communal cooker. To your point, the shelf is clutch, especially the way it is separated. Most important lesson I take out of this. . . I need better friends! Haha.
Nice new little toy that you have there Greg. Liked the colour of the steaks on the outside, but to me I like it done just a bit more. The redness needs to be gone for me, but like you do say in most places, each to there own. Still a nice looking steak though.
How many times can you cook with the same charcaol? How do you shut off the heat? Do you have to just let it burn out, dump water on it? is it re usable. (you are probably shocked to know that I have a science level degree in engineering after having asked such a question)
Good recipe I like the idea of the marinade which of tequila sunrise I'm thinking about how that would probably work to marinate a whole steak in that anyway you should be used to me by now I'm still begging requesting asking that you can come up with something featuring Scotch bonnet pepper sauce ain't no need to describe what I've done that many times I'm just hoping that if I ask enough times you'll come up with something as good as your imagination is when it comes to that you know coming up with recipes imma show you can come up with some real swell
Damn that's some grill. Beautiful color, sear marks, I mean, That grill is 100%bad ass.... Did I miss how hot it gets?? I'm guessing the griddle part gets pretty hot.
It gets as hot as you'd want it to get depending on the amount of charcoal or wood. I've never measured the temp with a thermo-gun though. I'll measure it next time for ya'
Greg, the production value has really gone up recently!
You're crushing it! Almost 300k. Lets go!!!!!!
I really appreciate the kind works Chance!

Thank you Rus! We celebrated Karen's birthday last night with a three person luau.
