I recently got the Milwaukee 2 gallon M12 sprayer. Game changer. It does a fan spray but you can also set it to shoot 17 feet away. Makes it very easy to get to high up places like roof eaves. Makes very quick work of spraying. Anyway maybe your ants are being fed from the downstairs neighbor?

I’m In Ga, our ant season starts in April. We use Taurus Once a year during that quarter. That’s the law here. They drive me crazy tho
