Japan Airlines Sky Suite 787-9 Dreamliner BUSINESS CLASS | Tokyo Narita-Dallas

To continue my trip around the world I flew from Tokyo, Narita to Dallas Forth Worth. I flew with Japan Airlines on their 787-9 Dreamliner in the Apex suite, the last video I posted was also on Japan Airlines on a 787-9 Dreamliner but it was in the Reverse Herringbone configuration. Japan Airlines has some Dreamliners equipped with the Reverse Herringbone and some with the Apex Suite. Personality I prefer the Apex Suite rather than the Reverse Herringbone after flying in both of them. You get more privacy, and it is a little bit more spacious. The best seats are the ones on the window because you get the most privacy. As for the lounges available in Narita, there are many if you are in the OneWorld Alliance since we were flying in business class on JAL we had access to all the other OneWorld lounges, which included the JAL Sakura Lounge, American Airlines Admirals Club, The Cathay Pacific Lounge, and the Qantas Lounge (which I didn't go to in this video but will be in my next video). In my next video I will be flying from Tokyo, Narita to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Malaysia Airlines A350-900 in Business Class. That will be the first video for second trip of the mileage run, now going the other way around the world.

Today 24th Jan 2021.watched your video, again.
I felt like I was flying with you, enjoying the meals and flight on JAL.
Haven’t flown anywhere since early Jan 2020. Can’t wait to fly somewhere after ‘lockdown’ is over.

Yeah I like the 1-2-1 configuration too, but if your on the window of the JAL sky suite it feels like your the only one on the plane, it is super private.

If you're flying JAL business class are you allowed into the lounges for free? Or do you have to be a member?

Yeah if you are flying JAL business you can access any one world business class lounge

Great trip report. I flew ANA First Class IAD-NRT in 2019, and it was my last time flying outside the country. Hope in 2022 we can get back to flying. Your report reminded me of how great it is to fly on an international premium flight

Although the Apex suite is really nice, especially if you get a seat on the window it’s so private
