I absolutely love it when John loses the ability to speak - you know what is coming is pretty special. I'm a Callaway Apex user, but a set of Japan market only X-Forged would be an absolute blast try out and maybe game. I also game a Bettinardi - love them and can't wait for you to really start building a collection to match your Scotties. Great finds - superb video.
I always thought that the Ping Craz-E putter @1:35 reminded me of the thing that they used to measure your shoe size when you went to the shoe store 🤔🤔🤔😅

I have 2 Bettinardi putters. The 2022 pink and green ‘Tiki’ putter and the 2024 ‘Decades’ putter. Both in display cases with certificates of authenticity. Amazing putters!

I found a full set of mint Mizuno MP4 irons at Goodwill for $27! And while they don’t go for a $1000, $400 is still a really good deal!They are now in my bag. Nice video and what a steal on those irons!

I literally wore a set of the Adam's black cb2s out grooves slick .....got to where they were all but unplayable if the grass was the least bit wet ....I still have them ....and all but cried when I had to replace them .....probably the best irons I ever played ......replaced them with mizuno mp5s ....went to a very nice set of s55s but they too got wore out especially the scoring irons ....so now I am gaming i230s ....but by far the Adam's cb2s and the ping s55 are by far the best 2 sets of irons I have ever played ....

I have the 3 & 5 of that generation of Adams Tight Lies @5:40 in my bag right now. They are legitimately the first set of fairway woods I can hit consistently.
Are those Callaway Stenson irons old (pre-2010) lofts? If so, that would explain the higher shot trajectories. Another good set to find would be the 2011 Callaway RAZR X forged irons. Those are the heads Jim Furyk used to shoot 58 on the PGA Tour. They are old lofts so you would get higher trajectories with those too. They are cavity back also.

The irons are a better find. I have been looking for those irons for quite some time. Trying to get lucky like you did searching in used clubs stores. I’m not giving up though.

I just found some on the german marketplace. 350, Might pick them up. Beautiful. BUT... I am not quite sure if these are the same clubs as the ones going for 1500 plus on ebay. I found some for under 400 on ebay. I could not find those really high prices. Or maybe those were just in really good condition.
Search for Stenson model, with graphite shaft and you’ll see they are much more than 300. Don’t know the difference but if what they have here are actually the stenson model, it was a great deal.
@@richardreeps1519 Black legacy 2011 - the “stenson” model looks the same as the 300$ 2011 black legacy. No online info to support what makes it a Stenson. My Thai friends play black legacy, they all like them. They are $400 in Thailand. Yes, there is a 2011 Legacy that is cheaper than the 2011 black legacy. Asking $1600 is different than selling them for $1600. I am calling Jon out

No they are easily found all day between $300-$400 not sure where he’s getting 1k from…. There is a lot of clubs he says are worth a lot more then they are actually worth but I still love watching the videos for the finds. 🙂⛳️👍🏼
