Joe Walsh was standing about three feet behind Jeff Lynne. that was definitely the best instore performance we ever had there. though strangely, not the most overpacked and out of control. that award goes to Rilo Kiley, Tegan & Sara and the Shins.
I just wanna thank Paul, for giving a free concert in Mexico city a few months ago, one of the best days of my life, i went down with my best friend (a girl) and i ask her to be my girlfriend, during "Maybe I'm Amazed", she said "Yes!" so, thank u for letting me be happy with the love of my life!

I was there too, upstairs in the dvd section. This was undoubtedly the greatest in-store concert ever. Most in-stores the artist maybe plays 5 or 6 songs, McCartney played 27. I jotted them down on the “Memory Almost Full” cd liner notes insert. ✌️
i was lucky #218 to get in. THIS SHOW WAS AMAZING. just to be within 15-20 feet of both paul and ringo was in a RECORD STORE was amazing...a dream of mine since 1964 when my friend and i stood on the observation deck at kennedy waiting for their plane to land. now it's all these years later and just as exciting to be a paul/beatles fan. THANK YOU PAUL AND AMOEBA for making our dream come true!

Yes, thanx! I was there ... camped out from Monday to Wednesday, was second in line, ended up in front row (of records & CDs!). I'm even shown in the video a few times, but it isn't clear and it's very fast. It's like ... don't blink! Paul was BRILLIANT!!!! Being such an intimate gig, he was very casual and friendly with the audience - a lot of interaction! Can't wait to see him again!!! The best gift I've ever received!!!! Thank you, Paul! I've heard Beatles music all my life, but I was never a Paul fan per se (never even bought a Beatles record) ...but when I saw him at Coachella - man, that guy was just so happy to be there. His joy was obvious, and he and his band rocked it hard for 2 1/2 hours. Just sorry I missed this event in 2007 ... rock on Paul!

We love south Texas, but we miss family and friends too in Calif and Calif is a beautiful place, though a lot of it has turned to cement, still it is a lovely place. Just think, I was a pre-teen sitting on my knees in front of the tv when Ed Sullivan announced the Beatles on American tv for the first time. I was crying and screaming at the same time. I was soooo in love with Paul, I thought he was the cute one. I finally grew up to realize it wasn't about being cute but rather the incredible ability to produce music that has stood the test of time. The Beatles, a band that has created a legacy for generation after generation.

When i heard Sir Paulie was coming i skipped that night because i heard about it too late and the crowds had already started to arrive. I drove by, and saw the lines. Good show i heard from everyone on the news. Great to see your youtube page, Sir McCartney, Sir.
How many people got to go in there, I only heard about 300. You guys were all lucky to get in there. I couldn't wait 36 hrs. to get in there, as much of a fan as I am. You guys are true diehards. Congrats.

The management are very nice people. I attended this concert and they made sure that all of us that were there for 3 days were taken care of. They hired an off-duty cop to take care of us and made sure that we went in before even the VIP's and ticket winners did. They also gave some of us blankets, all of us water and snacks. They were very good to us. No wonder why this record store does so well.
What an incredible venue for a Paul show!!! This one would have been priceless...to see Ringo in the crowd too! Damn, Paul...come do this in Houston sometime, baby! LOL. LC

Paul McCartney wrote a song for Ringo in one of his album called "Six 0'Clock". Paul also included Ringo in his movie called "No More Lonely Nights". Paul has actually done quite a lot for Ringo.

Celebrities like Woody Harrelson and Alanis Morrisette could be found in the crowd but none could compare to the arrival of Ringo Starr. Although only coming to lend support to a friend the former Beatle drummer was practically mobbed as he stood in the crowd to watch the show.
I saw Feist's The Reminder at about 10 seconds in!!!! So its like Feist (who is like awesome) and Paul (who's awesomeness should be clear to you all) in one video! What a level of awesomness! The internet might collapse in on itself, so wear a helmet, everyone! And remember to duck and cover!
