The lines "Is a God to live in a dog? No! but the highest are of us" are taken from verse 19, Chapter 2 of "Liber AL vel Legis", The Book of the Law. The full verse is:
"Is a God to live in a dog? No! but the highest are of us. They shall rejoice, our chosen: who sorroweth is not of us".
Absence of education is not an excuse to bad manner.
nonetheless the title sucks. it's like taking something deep and reformulate it in a very baaaaad way
MrEyeM Loathsome Imho, the title doesn't have anything about the meaning of neither the song, nor the Book of the Law lines. But creating titles for songs, articles, books and any other peace of art is in some way an art itself. "God=Dog" is short, in some way stupid, blasphemous, can work as a symbol containing a deep thought, and finally it easily gets into your mind. So in this way, I like this title, it's genious.

I think that Behemoth is getting better album to album since Satanica, and never stopped in all composition process ... I really love the darkest shadows craved in to Behemoth´s halo !!

There's a story or myth or piece of Art and there is his analysis of it - like in any study : there is at the end the personal take and angle that derives from Nergal's analysis. If you've read the Crowley book in question - you might take a fresh new perspective from Nergal's own perspective.
