Airbus A320 Engine Bleed Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) Deactivation

Today we go through the Pressure Regulating Valve Deactivation Procedure.This normally occurs when there is fault with the valve and the Aircraft Is dispatched under Minimum Equipment List (MEL) .The MEL states conditions in which an Aircraft can fly safely without some equipment operational.In this case it’s our PRV. The whole procedure is done as per Approved Maintenance Manuals and which should always be followed.The video is just to illustrate what we do .Enjoy

Yes the procedure is basically the same though the valves might differ slightly

The valves are different for each valve there are different sets of procedures which are stated in the Amm.However For the HP valve it’s a bit similar
