My color looks horrible and the print just looks like the ink is low 😩! Is it my paper?

I have the same problem. After spending £130 on Epson inks the pictures look awful. Yes I changed the format to photo paper, ran the cleaning programs and it made no difference. Epson are arranging a replacement model. Hope this one is better!

You have to use photo paper. Then set the printer properties to "Photo paper".

WF-7610 OX97, HARDWARE FAILURE
I called Epson they told me it was a hardware failure and they were sending a free replacement.
The printer was just 3 years old.
If I didn't return the broken WF-7610 they would charge me $140.00.
I return the old printer and was never charged.
So the replacement was free.
It pays to call and ask.
