using a bath gel with my body scrub really helps make my skin smoother and softer because even though my tree hut body scrub is good, the bath gel just makes less harsh on my sensitive skin and it works better for me. I'm pretty sure using just bath soap or smth like that would work too
how i made my acne disappear 1)i prioritized staying hydrated 2)i tried keeping my skincare routine simple, trust me it does not have to be a lot of steps 3)i used products that had niacinamide, tea tree oil and salicydic acid 4)drinking green tea helps 5)a healthy diet is important i recommend the tea tree series from the body shop and the charcoal series from garnier
I would LOVEEE to see that series also a lil tip I learned from TH-cam is to apply lotion first than body oil because the oil locks in all the moisture from the lotion
hey girl, i know u said u like random health hacks/facts. i got one!! before or after a workout (after is better), eat or drink pickles or picklejuice! it replenishes the salt u lost from ir workout(through ur sweat,), and rehydrate u. luv ur vids 😊
I have a lot of tips especially since I'm desi so a lot of home remmedies haha but anyway my favs are just making a aloe vera + honey face mask and letting it sit for 15-20 mins, washing it off and then moisturising your skin (both ingredients are good for acne prone skin and have anti-inflammotory properties ) & oiling your hair once a week with amla oil. RUN to get the cosrx snail products they are saur good !! Also I love using multani mitti (basically a clay mask) face packs mixed with rose water in the summer to reduce oiliness and brighten/even my skintone.
For ESPECIALLY Indian girlies, the BEST lip balm is Himalaya’s in the white squeeze tube; Adapalene gel SAVED my life, I was prescribed it before it was OTC and have religiously been using it for 6 years- completely cleared up my persistent 5+ year acne within 3 months; Minimalist’s AHA BHA deodorant is SO slept on.
-NYX lipliner in „brown“ is still theeee unbeatable brown lipliner for every combo I use, affordable drugstore product beating all pricy lipliners ever - elf liquid blushes I have 3 colors and that‘s all you need for aa veeery long time, natural makeup girly this is theee one -Biore UV Aqua Rich SPF 50 Sunscreen for your face a water based sunprotection noooo white cast immediately sits into skin before makeup 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
As a sensitive skin girly, you have helped me so much to achieve a better skin. I started warching your videos for improving my english (i'm from Spain) and i understand it so much better thanks to you❤❤. Keep going, you're doing great.
for the girlys with dry sensitive skin this is what my dermatologist recommends: - UNSCENTED shower gel and face wash with NO ACIDS in it (i use the QV one from amazon, it has cleared up my body acne) - keep the skincare routine MINIMAL, only use an UNSCENTED moisturisers with NO ACIDS (i use cerave am and pm), and if you have acne as i do use a LIGHT ACID e.g a 0.5% retinol and when you where it sandwich it in between 2 LAYERS OF MOISTURISER - make sure to use SPF 50 everyday in the summer and minimum SPF 30 in the winter - for dry skin use a very GREASY OINTMENT at night ( i use hydromol) it will clear up your dry skin so quickly, and you can use it on your lips for crusty lips - MOST IMPORTANTLY: DONT WORRY ABOUT HAVING A REALLY AESTHETIC SKINCARE ROUTINE BECAUSE YOU WONT GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT WITH IT. hope this helps xx
I can’t keep repurchasing because it’s so expensive, but the L’occitane almond body oil is amazing. I used it in the shower to shave and also used with an exfoliating glove and it works super well.
For me, a consistent use of products for base : 1. Gel Cleanser - Summer/ Foam Cleanser - Winter to Fall 2. Vitamin C serum or Niaciamide Serum: this is korean or japanese serums 3. Dr G red blemish cream 4. Clay Mask - 3 times in a week 5. Chemical Peelings - 2 a week Keep the cleansers and creams the same through out the process. Also do not always wear makeup on hot sunny day. Been there done that!
I've been skin cycling for over a year it really does wonders. I use the ordinary toner at night. then the following night i use a light retinol. DEEP moisturizing the following 2 nights and every morning. Don't let the skincare industrial complex fool you, you do not need multiple active ingredients at the same time!!!!
I loooove that Sephora microsmooth powder, it’s my everyday. It’s a baked powder. Sits well even on a no foundation day over a tinted spf. I heard it’s similar to the Kosas cloud powder but I’ve never tried that one. I switched over to it after an old makeup revolution dupe of a MAC glowy powder got discontinued. (I was too much of a baddie on a budget to get the MAC one lol)
Not sure if the naturium lip product is discontinued or not but I have the shade lychee (red one) and honestly it’s beautiful. I only have issues getting it out if it gets cold sometimes. Dua fragances are literally amazing, I have a few but Goddess Within Her has people making me write down what Im wearing for them. I have the original too but I honestly think it is better and preforms so much better. Super affordable. I have the Lira dupe from Oakcha and yes its spot on. One of my personal favorite cheap tips is getting half dram fragrance oil samples of perfume I have or want and mixing those into lotions oils. Lume! Yes! I use the bar soap or body wash then use glycolic acid+lume deodorant or lume deodorant and regular antiperspirant on top of that. Keeps me smelling nice. Also, making my own personal shades of lip gloss by getting clear gloss with a doe foot and using eyeshadow or blush to customize it. Oh and if you love glittery eyeshadow, korean liquid glitter eyeshadow is the bomb! They stay put and are super glittery without being gritty and dangerous. Would love to see a follow up video ❤
I started using Nizoral dandruff shampoo on my face to help with my fungal acne. I apply it with a face mask tool and rub it in a little, then leave it for ten minutes. Only do it once a day when you need it and then moisturize well because it is drying. My skin has never looked so clear before 🥰
please get the clarins lip oils ik theyre kinda pricy but they are so worth it they dont leave any weird residue after a while and it last soo long and 90% of ingredients is skincare and it tastes and smells so good its my holy grail
I honestly think birth control work well for me because NOTHING work for me but now I what helps me overall is the Cerva foam cleanser 4% benzoyl peroxide and hydraulic acid, my dermatologist recommended me it
Alba Botanica Pimple Patches are my holy grail. I moisturize, then apply pimple patch to the pimple(s), wait for 24 hours and the pimple is GUTTED. Work very well, especially if there is an opening in the skin from the pimple.
ok this is gonna sound really weird but diaper cream BECAUSE it has zinc in it which is so good for acne and break outs. I use sudocrem which comes in a grey plastic jar thing. it is so good so i just put that on before bed and in the morning my skin is smooth.
A little tip for girlies that wants MOISTURIZING lips. Similar to the lip masks laneige. Could get three for 10$ is the VASELINE lip therapy sets. So GOOD! They smell Amazing, lips hydrated in the morning and most importantly they don’t test on animals like laneige. Vaseline is also good for an under eye mask. And for keeping eyelashes hydrated at night
Okay so, skin cycling I already kinda do more so with face masks I use a chemical exfoliant twice a week. I like cycling especially when trying new products I’ll switch out a toner or serum I normally use with a new one I’ve been using glycolic acid on my armpits and stomach and bikini line for a few months now, it does work but you have to be consistent you can do every night or every other night. I see the most difference on my stomach but I also got laser done on my stomach but I can tell the glycolic acid helps with ingrown s
I’d say to use a lip liner and oil that’s rly close to you lip color, a bit of highlighter, soft blush, and if you wanna go extra clear mascara never fails to look natural.
I have extremely straight hair and was wondering if anyone know how make it look like it has more volume and all together just tips on how to make it look better.😁
you could do like heatless curls they sell them like at tj maxx or I’m not sure if this damages hair but like u could braid your hair and if not this girl gives hair tips and she has like pin straight hair and her name is tessa peay
cosrx pimple patches - they r soooo gentle but work so good and it is ≈90 patches (if i remember right) per the pack i get and it is still cheaper than hero!

i WISH i could recommend a holy grail product but unfortunately that product is the free lip balm my dentist gives out. it’s so good for no reason 😭
girl what's the nameeeee
If they have a dentists label on it, ask the manufacturer!
label says it’s distributed by tekweld! it seems to be their natural lip balm, but only available in bulk… and the lowest amount you can get is 150 😭

Organic rosehip oil has done wonders for my skin. Also if you don’t already use a toner after cleansing it’s a must!
