I was staying in slv stay's ladies pg(u can check that out) I was paying 11k for 2 sharing with attached washroom + lift facility+ food Advance taken was 5k from which 2k was deducted as maintenance charge
Prestige park ke around mostly 10 to12k tk milra tha....koi koi thoda congested tha (noproper light/ventilation ) aur koi koi acha bhi tha 10k to 15 k me
