Killing off Wesker was the absolute worse decision Capcom made creatively for the Resident Evil franchise.

The way they did his last fight in RE5 was so lame, too. I always thought that part of his appeal was the fact that he had super human strength, speed and all of that *WITHOUT* resorting to some gross-ass transformation. I mean, just look how crazy strong he was in 5. Unfortunately, they wrote him in such a way that he ended up jamming his fist into that Uroboros container and going through a generic transformation. Sigh.
Carlos Hernandez Yeah I definitely agree that fight felt so anti climatic after all the damage he left in his path throughout the franchise. Also having his son show up in 6 without having Wesker alive only made Jake that much more pointless long term.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that Wesker will return. Be it as a clone, in a new body or as his old self (he could've survived the volcano incident and could be hiding right now to recover...). No matter what, he is too popular and Capcom allegedly regret that they "killed" him off already. Besides, Jake HAS to meet him. Yup, Wesker will be back.

We know he makes no mention of Ada Wong in his briefings. Ada Wong, a known middleman who sells viruses used to kill people and turn them into monsters. Hell, she shot him in order to get her hands on the Golgotha virus, so he's not clueless as to her dealings. He's not naive.
His withholding of vital information regarding such a person as Ada Wong means far more than not name dropping. He'll be editing documents, fixing surveillance and video footage etc in order to keep her under the radar.
Ada Wong is in no way innocent and Leon Kennedy knows this, yet he allows her keep on going. This makes him guilty of withholding information, aiding and abetting, conspiracy to murder, conspiracy to manslaughter, conspiracy to commit terrorism, conspiracy to commit bio-terrorism, treason, and so many other things relating to all of that.
The blood of every person who dies or becomes a B.O.W from a virus she sells to those who use it? That blood is on his hands because he knows what she does and he does nothing.
So yeah. He's corrupt.

Wesker is the most bad ass yet meme able characters there is. He has so many great lines and moments it’s insane.
Say what you will about RE5, but it had Wesker's funniest and best lines and moments. I love the way he says "Thing's are really getting interesting now, eh, Chris?" lmao It was such a mocking tone.
It was also one of the few times you saw him uncomfortable. When Excella makes moves on him, you can visibly see his confidence diminished and completely uncomfortable.

It's sad that the first resident evil game I played was Resident Evil 7. I didn't even know resident evil was a thing until I was around 15. I never got to experience the greatness of Wesker first hand.

Number 5 dodging bullets. Resident Evil 5 should’ve been number 1 in my book. That was BADASS! I remember seeing it the first time. When Wesker started shooting at Shiva and dodging Chris bullets at the same time, working his way close to Chris and aim his gun right at Chris head! That’s BADASS to the core! Chris was finished!

What about in umbrella chronicles when he takes on the IVAN guard and later when he takes on two of them with his powers.
The M7 Omega The Ivan fight should be one of the badass moment. Mr X had been known to be vicious, IVAN is the intelligent and faster version of Mr X, and the fact that he defeated both of them at once is very badass.
That, and the fact that Wesker survived against IVAN even with his human physique means he’s formidable even as a human.

Number one always reminds me of the time the Resident Evil movies tried to imitate this scene with Wesker but just managed to make it look really cheesy.

YES! I thought the exact same thing. Part of his appeal was the fact that the dude had clearly superhuman powers while:
1) Being able to retain his sense of self
2) Not turning into some gross-ass monster
Granted, it looked like he still retained his sense of self when he transformed, but the fact that he transformed was so lame.
Yup, the worst part of Wesker ever is when he used the urobors on himself. Oh and what even worse is when capcom killed their best villain character in the game. I really rather chris died instead.

So many people have argued that Wesker wasn't portrayed properly in RE5, claiming he is supposed to be an emotionless psycho who never laughs or shows anger. These people have obviously never played Code Veronica.

Catching the rockets was on a Chuck Norris level of awesome lol. Equally impressive is that the rocket's explosion doesn't vaporize his clothes! Just being against his body must make them nearly invulnerable too😄
I never understood how anyone could defeat him. Even if he was just as fast as he is and did not have superhuman strength/endurance, he has enough speed and quick enough reflexes to dodge a bullet. Runing and hiding in the dark is hardly an option cuz you can't outrun him even if you are Usian Bolt.
Yes he likes toying with chris, but come on, if I'm not mistaken he is also very intelligent. How does he make the same mistake over and over again until it becomes fatal for him.

Well, villains are supposed to lose in fiction, no matter how strong and smart they are. Look at Joker, losing to Batman. Same with all of the other Batman villains. Look at Green Goblin and Doc Ock, and other villains, they lose to Spider-Man. And they’re strong and/or intelligent.
