The sunken tub destroys the elegance of the overall elegant design. It feels like a dirty gutter. Feels eeewww. Not to mention that tub requires more effort to get in and out of. So uncomfortable.

all of the surrounding houses are farther away from them and they are safe from neighbors and fans because there’s a really large solid metal gate at the front which only lets in the car of the owner, all of the other houses in the hills look exactly like this one and the neighbors would not care

Regarding the drone footage... How are drones allowed to film over such an exclusive area? I'm a drone operator and trying to do the same in another country (real estate videography) but most high-end residential neighborhoods won't allow drones for security & privacy reasons. How was this bypassed in Hollywood Hills? I'd appreciate some help here.
The drone operator might have gone by the idea of: 'ask forgiveness, not permission. I've been able to do a few things that way...feigning ignorance and apologizing profusely.

Very few people would waste their time calling the cops over a drone that has been flying for 15 minutes, and if they do, they must know who the pilot is or at least where he is. If they don't, by the time the cops get there, you'll be gone.
