    The mallow really does look beautiful. Has the heat played a part in your garden? Too bad the voles don’t weed for you.

      The heat we've had has been fine. That year we had over 100 degrees was a bit of a challenge. Weeding voles 😂 this sounds like the beginnings of a fabulous children's book!

    I'm also in PNW zone 8b! Just wondering if you had any ripe tomatoes yet?!

      Hi neighbor! NO I do not! All my tomatoes are still blooming. I have maybe one or two green ones coming on. The great news is our weather (where I am anyway) will remain in the high 70s, low 80s and that's perfect tomato ripening weather!

      They'll ripen 💞 it's perfect weather for it. I even have great hopes for mine that are still just blooming.
