My hair stopped falling after I did these things. I used homemade hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breakage. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I washed my hair once or twice a week with liitllleextra cocoonian shampoo.

Hey there!.. Great tips here. 🥰 As for me, I've been washing my hair with no conventional shampoo for over a year. I've tried a lot of natural cleansers and now I've come to a certain stable routine which I simply adore. I'm always using rye bread and raw eggs instead of a shampoo. For conditioning I love using rice water with lemon juice for having my hair cuticules closed and protected. And after a wash I slightly touch my wet hair ends with a little drop of shea oil + beeswax mix warmed between my palms. I'm getting great hair days with my hair routine. My hair is healthy and no split, although it's almost the level of my butt. I hope my tips will be helpful to someone as well. 🌹🌹🌹
@@jimmygrif611 , hey :) It's very simple. At first I put my rye bread bites soaked in hot boiled water, then (some time later) add essential oils to a warm mass. When it's cool I add 2 raw eggs and mix it with a kitchen mixer (you could go without a mixer but it would clog your bathroom pipes - like - for REAL). Also it's better to let it sit for a whole night before washing your hair. Apply it on wet hair once or twice as you would apply a regular shampoo but maybe a little more intense scalp massaging needed here, with this natural remedy. Good LUCK! 🥰
I went off shampoo for an entire year and and saw amazing results, I like all your recipes, however does it remain natural if you are adding baby shampoo in it? The whole point of going to natural remedies is to avoid the use of chemicals, I faced the same problem initially for lather but soon discovered some natural ingredients that create lather. Pro tip 1 : take 3 hibiscus flowers and 5 hibiscus leaves, chop them and add 1 cup water, grind and strain the leaves( it's important to strain as the leaves are difficult to remove from hair) . Then use the strained water as replacement of shampoo in the above recipes. Pro tip 2 : this is easier Boil 2 glasses of water with 2 tablespoons of flax seeds powder, until it's reduced to half, strain it while it's hot ( it's becomes like jelly once cooled) and use as a replacement of shampoo in the above recipes. Completely natural. No shampoo needed. Your welcome 😀
Its true when you say initially hair becomes rough and afterwards hair becomes shiny and soft. I don't use oil also now. I simply use lots of curry leaves and few hibiscus leaves mixie , apply and wash as i am older and have a few strands of grey i also pluck a few mehendi leaves and add to the same... Earlier i had thin and very frizzy hair.now i have good luxurious hair, soft and non tangling hair. No hair fall...
@@abdulqureshi5851 I simply pluck fresh 2 cups of curry leaves , add one cup of hibiscus leaves , half cup of mehendi leaves. Mixie the curry leaves first then add the other leaves with very little water. Its a little slimy. I apply to scalp and hair. Wrap a shower cap around it and leave for 30 min. I simply wash my hair with water , dry dust and that's it... I do this routine 3 times a week.sometimes when i need a quick wash I simply boil a few reetha seeds , cool squash, strain the water and use to wash my hair...
The last recipe is tried and tested and works wonders. Just make sure to wear gloves while straining the liquid, it may make your nails and hands black(due to the natural color).
It's been three weeks I've started using the mixture of Curry leaves, Onion, Aloevera and Castor as my hair oil and mixture of Reetha nad shikakai as my hair shampoo.. It's really worthy! New hair strands started to grow and nowadays my dandruff level is decreased.. I'm so happy for that!

Though, for the last couple of years I’ve become lazy and have been using herbal shampoos and conditioners from stores that claim to be fully organic, parabens free. But these have taken a toll on the silky texture that my hair used to have. Thank you for inspiring me to go back to my old routine. I like your aloe vera based cleansers too. All the ingredients are good except Castile soap or shampoo. Only shikakai or Aritha powder is enough to remove all the dirt and oil from your scalp. I use oil mix twice a week and wash with Shikakai powder. It is as good as bottled shampoo to remove any tiny trace of oil. For conditioner I use aloe Vera gel or rice water. The times when I wash my hair without oiling, I mix Shikakai powder with rice water or with kalonji powder and I am good to go.
Using the amla shikakai reetha cleaner for 3 months now and I can surely say my hair has never been this manageable and healthy. It will feel rough in the beginning but as with any natural remedy you have to give it atleast 3 months to show it's goodness.

Hello sis I have a very itching scalp and I don't have dandruff 💯 I used so many different products but it doesn't work 💯
Rinse it off means rinse with shampoo or just water?
Just water.
My grandma and my aunts all used to do this in village .... they had thick black hair even in their 80s. World is knowing Indian Ayurvedic way of life now.
Good that I cane across ur video.
I loved that there is no background music or no commentary. It's soothing just to watch. Kudos to you 👏
Will these natural properties help wash my hair well if the hair is oiled? My hair is extremely dry ,so need to oil my hair before washing.
If u apply on oily hair then u must wait for 2-3 hours. All oil and dirt will be removed
@@marianabi3352 ok ok.thanks for replying.
It will take some time (a few weeks or months), but once you completely change to natural sources for shampoo your hair will have it's natural glow back again and don't dry out (caused by the chemicals in shampoos & other hair products).
Hello:) u have wrote, that it’s necessary to use a conditioner to one type of shampoo. Have u recepies? Or can shampoo be used without any conditioner?
I'll try the second one .. thank you for this ❤
Hi ! I really liked the hibiscus powder cleanser. It totally cleaned my scalp and hair but with Castile soap in it. When I oiled my hair, the oil didn't come off at all. Can you please advise ! Thank you. Really appreciate your efforts on encouraging people to use natural things.
I usually wash my hair twice when I oil my hair and I use a light weight oil that is black seed oil and it works for me. U can also use a vinegar hair rinse after shampoo or increase the amount of Castile soap in it. Thank you ❤️
@@LITTLEDIY thank you so much for replying ! Will try that next time I oil my hair ☺️☺️

Can you substitute any of those herbs with Stingy nettle?
Plz suggest some natural hair wash for artificially coloured hair...as things containing vitamin c cut the hair color...
Is glycerin is good for hair?

This is really helpful! Can someone tell me how long the hair will be rough. Because my hair tends to get very dry and rough when I use all natural products 😢 I believe it’s because of the transition
I use a diluted vinegar as a rinse which softens the hair and adds shine

Do you edit the sound??
