Hello Sir, The hotels you are comparing are business hotels and no ordinary people are going there to have lunch or dinner but business people are usually lunching there adn you might see some elderly western tourists also. Another important thing i would highlight that when you dine there by paying rupees 2000 from your pocket the person dining on the next able may be paying 700 rupees for same buffet because he is getting a discounted rate basis his company's annual business to that hotel. In simple words I would say no one will go to a five start hotel when you are hungry but business people are going there as part of business discussions and also social intercourse.

You are absolutely right bro. Kochi Marriott is a shit hole, both in terms of service and amenities. I stayed there and found garbage under the room beds. Taj is a gem of a hotel.

Dear Mrinal Ji, very good and sublime style of presentation...Kindly make a video or two, in which one can easily understand the table etiquette like the order of having food in a full fledged buffet, using of spoon, fork and knife etc. I think it would be useful to all as we are known to be global citizens...My students often faces problems when they are introduced to western style for the first time. There is a trend in Kerala professional graduates to get a foreign degree in their masters and majority people will be benefitted from a such a video. Thank you ..
