#MustWatch #ZeroWaste Using collapsible cup only at Helderberg Harriers Winelands Marathon 2024💚 Really only cost me 4 minutes extra for the entire race on all waterstations and it was very clean, fresh and planet friendly🌍 I think I will start doing this for all my road races because in trail races we never have this problem and all runners carried a cup. No cup no drink in the trails.
Something for all road race organisers to consider encouraging runners. I think it's a win win alternative than sachets, paper cups, carry loads of water or tons of road litter🙏
