New Work-in-Progress Custom AI Type: Infected

The Codex lore for Mutators talks about a virus, so I thought an enemy like this would've been fitting and decided to make them. I'll feature them in my level and upload the Infected files once it fully works, and I also have some more ideas for Custom AI, like a demon that has a chance to spawn inside a Blood Swamps sac when it's triggered, among other things.
